This policy explains what I collect when you visit [https://www.promotiondevotion.com](https://www.promotiondevotion.com) or contact me about my consulting and advisory services. ## Information I collect I collect minimal information. Specifically: - **Information you provide.** When you email me at hello@promotiondevotion.com or support@promotiondevotion.com, I receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and a description of your situation. When you request a callback on my contact page, I receive your name, email address, business, preferred time and time zone, your message, the plan you were looking at, and your phone number if you give one. That request is delivered to my inbox by my email provider, Resend, and is not sent to my analytics providers. If you book through my scheduling link, the scheduling provider, Cal.com, receives the information you enter there under its own privacy policy. - **Automatic analytics.** I use PostHog, Vercel Analytics, and Google Analytics to understand how my site is used, including pages visited, referrers, device and browser information, and interactions such as choosing a plan, switching contact tabs, and whether a request succeeded or failed. I do not send the contents of your message, your email address, or your phone number to these providers, and I do not record your screen. I do record campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) when a link carries them. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_. I run no advertising and do not share data with Google for ad personalization or Google Signals. If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, Google Analytics defaults to cookieless measurement for you: no _ga cookies are set and analytics storage stays denied unless I add a consent tool that changes it. These providers may use cookies or other identifiers. I do not promise that analytics data cannot be associated with an individual. ## How I use it - To respond to your inquiries about my services. - To improve this website and the usefulness of its content. - To comply with applicable legal obligations. I do not sell your information. I do not rent, trade, or disclose it to third parties except as required to operate the service (for example, my email provider) or by law. ## Cookies and tracking My analytics providers use cookies and similar technologies to measure site usage in aggregate. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect certain features of the site. I honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or an extension sends that signal, Google Analytics defaults to the same cookieless measurement it uses for EU/EEA/UK/CH visitors — no _ga cookies, analytics storage denied unless you change it yourself — and PostHog, including session replay, is skipped for you entirely: no script loads, no queue, no cookies. Your browser also keeps a few small first-party entries in its own local storage: which campaign or page brought you here, which leaves your browser only as the bounded analytics properties already described above (utm_source and the others), and the ID of a booking you completed, kept only so it is not counted twice if the confirmation screen reappears. That booking ID is never sent to me, to my analytics providers, or to anyone else — it exists only in your browser, for comparison against itself. ## Data retention I keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for the engagement or required for legal and accounting purposes. ## Your rights Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you.
