Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of it.

Content and intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Promotion Devotion or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution.

Consulting and advisory services

Information on this Site describing my services is for general informational purposes only and does not create a consulting relationship. I provide technical architecture and design, guidance, and agreed hands-on setup or development within your priorities. I can contribute as the hands-on technical partner or guide the people already on your team. I establish architecture, standards, processes, review practices, and AI guardrails that improve output, efficiency, quality, consistency, and determinism. One-time audits, larger projects, and emergency support are scoped separately. Plans are month-to-month and may be canceled anytime. Specific scope, review volume, timing, fees, and other engagement terms are set in a separate written agreement before any work begins.

Booking may be arranged by email or, when enabled, through an external scheduling service. A booking inquiry does not itself create a consulting relationship.

No warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. I make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of its content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promotion Devotion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

The Site may link to third-party websites. I am not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
